armadillo dance project is available for residencies at universities, colleges, or private high schools with advanced dance students. residencies are primarily aimed at creating and/or setting a 5-10 minute piece on students. additionally, a residency may include classes/presentations in any of the following dependent upon interest and time constraints: contemporary dance technique, composition, improvisation, and computer-interactive software for dance. the institution must supply its own digital camcorder and computer for the performance of any piece created and/or set during the residency. fees: armadillo dance project collaborators, kathleya afanador and allen fogelsanger, are available for $500 each plus expenses. expenses include lodging, board, and transportation. residencies may be arranged for any duration, but setting a piece requires at least 15-20 rehearsal hours. for further information, please contact us. |
